Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to manage one of their major product offerings. This company is a Global leader in the markets it serves. The manager will play a major role in contributing to the development and implementation of the 5 year Product line business plan. Products involve power and safety protection. The manager will lead cross functional teams and monitor progress of all product projects. They will contribute to the companies Product Approval Committee by supporting deliverables such as market size,competitive information, price points and risks. They will initiate projects to improve gross margins. They will manage product life cycle and monitor customer reactions and complaints. The role interfaces with multiple departments and must support the demand management process with input to the sales forecast. Lastly, they have major input and support product training of this product line across the company. This job is in MA.
