Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to help maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position handles customer inquires via the telephone and maintains contacts with customers for the purpose of selling a portfolio of electrical products. This position will interact with customers and prospective customers by telephone or other electronic means. There will be occasional in person visits at the customers place of business.
The candidate will target the commercial and and construction markets and must be able to handle customer complaints promptly. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and be able to keep management informed of local competition and market conditions.
In order to increase revenue the candidate must be able to execute sales and merchandise programs and recommend new items for stock. This position requires the use of business systems to keep up to date customer records/files. Business transactions and collections of past due accounts. From time to time the candidate may be required to attend training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings.
