Branch/Operations Manager in MA
Job Description
Design and implement programs to maximize return on sales based on company goals and budgets.
Evaluate existing programs to support meeting or exceeding financial performance metrics and suggest and implement changes if needed.
Monitor customer service levels, and take action to improve service.
Meet with customers to check the marketplace pulse. Monitor inventory levels, and promote the sale of obsolete and over-stocked materials.
Monitor account performance to ensure branch achieves objectives.
Manage employees, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers and suppliers.
Monitor competitive conditions in the territory and recommend changes as necessary.
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share and profitability growth.
