Key Responsibilities

• Have P&L responsibilities for region.
• Provide effective planning, direction and leadership to Regional Managers by implementing activities to achieve sales and functional goals that are aligned with the corporate vision and goals.
• Sales Leadership & Strategy
• People Leadership
• Operations
• Financial

Must have bachelor’s degree and ten years of sales leadership experience required with region and P&L responsibility.
