Regional Sales Managers Wanted
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing, coaching, and leading all activities as it pertains to sales growth for all Marinco brands within the industrial market, including Marinco Power Products, Promariner Industrial, Ancor, BEP, and Mastervolt. Primary responsibilities include developing, and implementing marketing and sales plans, assisting in strategy and budgeting in support of achieving overall sales goals, projected revenue, and profits.
The Western position covers CA,OR, WA, AZ, NV and CO. Position can be in one of these states or at corporate in WI.
UPDATED: Marinco Power Products is also seeking an Eastern Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop list of target customers by industry in the region.
- Participate in local and regional sales calls to specifiers and end users.
- Exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Assist in contract negotiations.
- Analyze account potential and lead the sales effort at the account and territory levels for optimum market penetration.
- Manage the forecasting function to identify and track sales to attainment of targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the strengths and weaknesses of individual territories.
- Ability to up sell and sell additional products/services in support of other Power Products brands.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, channel partners, sales representatives, and employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with five to seven years of related experience; or a combination of technical education and experience
- At least two years of OEM sales experience. Strong preference for industrial/OEM experience.
