Milbank upgrades regional roles to Directors of Sales
Milbank Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of electrical products, is restructuring their sales organization to support the company’s long-term growth strategy. The following strategic moves and promotions are to be effective January 2, 2020:
Milbank will operate with three regions in the United States: West, Central and East. The new regional delegations replace the previous configuration of four regions. To ensure operations continue at a high level, each region will be managed by a Director of Sales who will have responsibility for all sales and operations in their region. Stacey Lager will assume the position of Director of Sales – West Region & International Sales, Jay McMullen will return to the field as Director of Sales – Central Region, and Jack Hackathorn will be promoted to Director of Sales – East Region.
Adrienne Sander, hired in April 2019 as Regional Sales Manager, is being promoted to Director of Metering & Enclosures and will relocate to the Kansas City area over the next year. Adrienne will oversee all metering and enclosure sales and operations, including product development, inside sales and customer service.
“As we look towards the future, I am excited for what lies ahead. Our collective sales team’s vast experience with our products, savvy business sense and passion for Milbank will lead us to continued future growth,” said Chris Buelow, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Milbank. “Our top priority is making sure we’re still taking care of our customers while supporting our manufacturers representative network,” added Buelow.
The coming changes will allow Milbank to be more strategic in all regions and utilize more resources to support our long-term growth plans, especially in enclosed controls and other highly specified products.
