Border States Adds CIDO to Leadership Team
Nancy McConeghy has been named Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) for Border States Electric (BSE).
“We are fortunate to have Nancy join BSE and our Executive Leadership team as the company’s technology leader and visionary,” said David White, CEO. “She will be instrumental in helping to advance strategic plan initiatives that include a more digitally connected supply chain, improved customer and employee-owner experience and increased operational productivity.”
McConeghy brings extensive executive information management leadership with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries. She has held information technology leadership positions in aerospace and defense, agricultural and food industries.
“I’m very excited to join this great company and I’m looking forward to working with the employee-owners to continually improve our company in the area of technology,” McConeghy said. “The strong focus at Border States to use the power of technology to create better experiences and opportunities within our company and with customers and vendors is something I want to help lead.”
Prior to joining Border States, McConeghy was the Chief Information Officer for Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), a multi-billion-dollar aerospace and defense company, where she was responsible for providing SNC with IT support by leading a group of 150+ IT professionals and assisting in the company’s digital transformation efforts.
McConeghy has created and implemented IT strategies focused on utilizing next generation technologies and driving business efficiencies while achieving significant savings. She has built and led information technology support organizations at different companies over the course of her career. She possesses SAP experience and has led several large-scale global ERP implementations and negotiated large-scale contracts.
