Phoenix-based Electrical & Lighting Salesperson Needed
Channel Marketing Group is working with a leading organization that serves the Phoenix, Arizona electrical marketplace. Our client is a “name” company in the area and, due to the competitive nature of the market, prefers to remain anonymous at this time.
This company is looking to grow its sales team to accommodate their rapid growth and to continue to capture more market share in one of the fastest growing construction cities in the country.
This is a hybrid role that requires time in the company office but accommodates time from a home office also. But, the most important time is spent working with customers and making jobsite / office calls.
The candidate should be a self-motivated sales pro looking for a career where the harder they work and the more they win, the more they earn. Driven to succeed, willing to learn many products and procedures, comfortable presenting to electrical trade professionals.
To be considered you should be:
- Experienced in the Electrical Construction Market (Working in it or Selling to it)
- Have Sales Experience (either inside or outside sales)
- Detail Oriented and Organized (Identifying Projects and the Decision Makers Associated, Scheduling Meetings, Following Up will all be up to the Salesperson)
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
- A Strong Communicator, Willing to Pick Up the Phone but at the same time be proficient in all sales-related technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and, most importantly be
- Experienced in Building Relationships at All Levels Within a Customer’s Company
Compensation is good. It is made up of base salary plus bonus/commission paid quarterly, and a benefit package including 401K, Health, and Dental Insurance. Laptop and Phone provided by the company.
Must be a US citizen and either live in, or already be moving to, the Phoenix area (no relocation allowance is available). Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
