Joe DeAngelis Joins MaxLite
MaxLite continues to strengthen its sales management team.
After adding
- Jason Samuelian as VP C&I, West Region and Managing Director of EV Solutions
- Amber Headley as VP, South Region
They are now adding Joe DeAngelis as VP of C&I Sales – North Region.
According to its recent press release:
“MaxLite, a leading innovator in energy-efficient lighting and controls solutions, today announced the appointment of Joe DeAngelis as Vice President of C&I Sales – North Region, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in strategic sales growth and customer support across key commercial and industrial markets.
In this role, DeAngelis will lead MaxLite’s North Region C&I sales organization, which includes the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and North Central territories. He will be responsible for driving regional growth, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding customer engagement initiatives throughout the territory. DeAngelis will work remotely from the Chicago area.
DeAngelis brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning lighting, smart buildings, IoT, controls, HVAC, semiconductors, and energy-efficient technologies. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing sales organizations while delivering significant revenue growth and operational success.
Most recently, he led a rapidly growing lighting controls retrofit business, successfully scaling operations through strategic channel development, product innovation, and customer-focused solutions. He has also held leadership roles with Light Efficient Design, Lunera, SPX Corporation, Samsung Semiconductor, and Motorola Semiconductor.
