SONNEMAN – A Way of Light Opens State-of-the-Art Warehouse
Architectural lighting manufacturer SONNEMAN—A Way of Light, founded by creative visionary Robert Sonneman, opened a 76,700-sq.-ft. distribution center in Orange County, New York
The warehouse, located at 103 Tower Drive in Middletown, is in close proximity to SONNEMAN’s New York Design Center showroom and global headquarters in Larchmont, New York.

The newly built warehouse is equipped with a number of technological advancements, including a downlight assembly line, a videography and photography studio, state-of-the-art racking and distribution machinery with increased effectiveness for oversized products, and an integrating sphere used for photometric testing. In addition to these features, the warehouse includes built-out offices, training and demonstration spaces, and an engineering testing center.

The new distribution center opened in tandem with the launch of five new collections – Systema Staccato, Luna, Constellation Centaurus, Constellation Galaxy Matrix, and Arctic Rings – and three collection extensions: Ilios, Offset, and Pi. The facility will streamline the production and shipment of these products, as well as the development of future products.
