Orbit Positions for Growth in Florida with CSA
Between industry consolidation and marketplace growth opportunities, CSA Electrical Sales and Orbit Industries have decided to go to market together.
Orbit’s addition to CSA’s linecard which features Mersen, Bridgeport, Allied Moulded, Eiko and others will help CSA further service its distributors and contractors.

Orbit Industries, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer started by electrical contractors, announces a new partnership with CSA Electrical Sales, Inc. of Lake Mary, Florida. CSA Electrical Sales will represent Orbit’s complete line of electrical products and prefabrication services (PROFAB) throughout Florida, excluding the Panhandle.
CSA Electrical Sales, Inc. is a family-owned and operated manufacturer’s representative firm with 44 years of electrical industry experience. CSA is unofficially regarded by many distributors and manufacturers as “one of the best” rep firms in Florida today.
According to principal Jeff Cleveland, this reputation is due to his company’s holistic approach to representation. For instance, in addition to visiting wholesaler-distributors, his team proactively calls on electrical contractors; original equipment manufacturers (OEM); maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) companies; panel builders; and even specifying engineers.
“We’re very big on selling the benefits and features of products,” said Cleveland, whose father was one of the agency’s founders. “For instance, we do a lot of ‘show-and-tell’ to contractors and engineers. We get them hooked on a unique or innovative product from our manufacturers, then steer business to the customer’s chosen distributor.”

Marcus Bannerman, Orbit’s Regional Sales Manager, believes his strategic partnership with CSA Electrical Sales will expose more Florida contractors and distributors to Orbit’s expansive product line. He describes Orbit’s go-to-market strategy as two-fold:
- “We service distributors with good quality commodity products – like junction boxes, weatherproof, and fittings – as well as competitive inventory and pricing,” and
- “For contractors we focus on prefab products and services.”
