Schaedler Yesco Hires Liberto as Business Operations Leader
As a company grows, the importance of process improvement and training grows with it. Further, to achieve continuous process improvement, the concept of “processes” needs the proverbial “seat at the table.
Companies need pertinent benchmarks to drive success (after all, if you don’t, why need analytics?). Perhaps more importantly, companies need to gather “internal voice of the customer” and someone who can translate sales’ needs (they are the internal customer) into processes that leverage technology.
Further, as processes evolve, technologies are installed, and skills need to improve, the need for better training is needed (given that product training, for most distributors, is a coordination initiative in conjunction with supplier support.)
