People at KE, Rosedin, Wheatland, Border States, North Coast and Milbank
Since the beginning of the year there have been a number of people who’ve changed roles and, based upon observing LinkedIn, a number of people who retired (or maybe I have too many connections of a certain age!)
The end result is new faces in new roles and an opportunity for companies to gain a new perspective on inherited business models and processes which, in the end, means change will be in the air for those companies.
People on the Move in the Electrical Industry
Some of the changes include:
Lou Grozdanovski Becomes Director of Operations at K/E
K/E Electric Supply Corp (Mount Clemens, MI) is adding a key feature to its leadership team. Team K/E has promoted Lou Grozdanovski as its Director of Operations, a newly created position at K/E. Lou, previously serving as the Branch Manager of its headquarters in Mount Clemens MI, is excited to help K/E further strengthen internal operations and outward customer service. Lou’s career spans over 32 years in the electrical industry, with managerial roles throughout.
“Lou, in his new position, will help us be a better version of ourselves. Each of our branches carry their own unique strengths and skills that can be cross-pollinated across the company. We’re confident that sharing the best of what each branch has to offer will sharpen the tools K/E already holds”, said President Ryan Kuchenmeister.
Rosedin Moves to Collaborative Leadership Structure
Rosendin Holdings, Inc. (Rosendin) announced a strategic leadership restructuring designed to support purposeful growth in specialized market sectors, deepen customer relationships and alignment, and create long-term opportunities for employees. Rosendin Holdings is the parent company of Rosendin Electric, Inc., the largest employee-owned electrical contractor in the United States, and Modular Power Solutions (MPS), an off-site manufacturing company that delivers comprehensive engineering, product development, integration, and turnkey installation services.
The restructuring introduces a collaborative leadership model that brings decision-making closer to customers and employees by sharing leadership between CEO Keith Douglas, Presidents Paolo Degrassi and Justin Tinoco, and a broadened leadership team representing core operational, financial, and people-focused functions.
Degrassi will continue leading projects in Rosendin’s core markets, encompassing data centers, semiconductor facilities, commercial developments, healthcare, transportation, and aviation. Meanwhile, Tinoco has been elevated to President, where he will spearhead high-growth initiatives across critical sectors, including major national programs, energy solutions, data centers, and AI, as well as Modular Power Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosendin Holdings.
“This intentional market alignment ensures customers are supported by leaders with deep expertise in their specific markets, while enabling Rosendin to scale safely and efficiently,” said Keith Douglas, CEO of Rosendin Holdings, Inc. “As the electrical construction industry continues to accelerate – particularly in specialized sectors — this model allows us to scale alongside our customers while creating meaningful career pathways for our employees and maintaining the standards that define Rosendin.”
Rosendin’s approach improves communication and accountability while remaining true to its core values of safety, teamwork, and integrity. In 2025, Rosendin expanded to 12,000 team members who collectively drove revenue to $5.6B, landing the electrical contractor on Forbes’ America’s Top Private Companies (#156) and ENR’s Top Specialty Contractors (#7).
As the company continues to grow at the pace of its customers, this leadership evolution ensures consistency in safety, quality, and service – while keeping leaders closely connected to the people and projects that drive success.
“Justin and I have worked together for many years to bring our customers the best of Rosendin. We share roots as proud IBEW electricians, and that gives us a unique understanding of teamwork that brings value to our colleagues and our customers,” said Paolo Degrassi, President at Rosendin Holdings. “As co-presidents, our partnership allows us to maintain continuity in our core markets while supporting the growth and development of our employees.”
“Paolo and I are electricians at our core. We have firsthand experience with the importance of teamwork and safety in our industry. Our focus on safety as a core value ensures we deliver high-quality work on our customers’ most complex and challenging projects,” said Justin Tinoco, President at Rosendin Holdings. “As our customers expand rapidly – particularly in emerging and high-growth sectors – this new leadership model allows us to move faster, stay aligned, and respond with precision while maintaining the high standards that define Rosendin.”
In addition to the appointment of Justin Tinoco as co-president, Rosendin has expanded its broader leadership team with several key promotions: Simon Harkins, Matt Lamb, Cannon McAdoo, Matt Orosz, Scott Risch, Stephanie Roldan, and Brandon Stephens have all been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President. They join the existing Senior Vice Presidents, David Elkins and Fred Meeske, on the 15-person leadership team.
Bisson Joins Zekelman’s Wheatland Tube
Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, announced the appointment of Tom Bisson as Vice President of Electrical Sales. In this role, Bisson will oversee all aspects of sales performance, revenue growth, commercial strategy and market expansion for the Wheatland Tube brand of electrical products in the United States and Canada.
Bisson brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and electrical distribution, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving strategic growth, and expanding national account relationships.
Most recently, Bisson served as Vice President of National Sales at OmniCable, where he led national accounts and commodity sales, including the launch of a new commodity products platform projected to exceed $145 million in annual sales.
Prior to OmniCable, Bisson spent more than a decade with Prysmian Group (formerly General Cable) as Vice President of Sales for the Electrical Distribution Channel, leading acquisition integrations and managing a nationwide sales organization. Earlier in his career, he held regional and national leadership roles with ILSCO Corporation and Allied Group Sales.
“Tom’s depth of experience and industry relationships will help strengthen Wheatland Tube’s position as a market leader in steel conduit and fittings,” said Kevin Heffernan, President – Electrical, Zekelman Industries.

Buelow Becomes President at Milbank
Milbank Manufacturing announced a leadership transition Wednesday as part of its long-term succession plan approved by family ownership and the Board of Directors.
Brad Skinner will transition from the role of president and continue to serve as chief executive officer. Chris Buelow has been appointed president and will assume responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations.
Skinner marks 10 years as CEO this March and has dedicated nearly 40 years to Milbank. He has held multiple leadership roles across manufacturing and sales, including plant manager, general manager, vice president of sales and marketing, and chief sales officer. During his tenure, Skinner guided the company through multiple growth cycles while strengthening its reputation for quality, reliability and customer trust.
“Brad’s leadership has been instrumental in building a strong, values-driven organization while positioning Milbank for long-term success,” said Katrina Henke, chair of the board and a third-generation family owner. “This transition reflects thoughtful succession planning and our commitment to stewarding the business for future generations while maintaining continuity for our customers and partners.”
Buelow brings 14 years of experience at Milbank and nearly 20 years in the electrical industry to the role. He joined the company in 2009 and has held leadership positions including general manager, vice president of sales and marketing, and most recently senior vice president of growth and revenue. In 2021, he served as an executive at a large regional electrical distributor before returning to Milbank in 2024.
“Brad has built a strong leadership foundation and a culture rooted in accountability and trust,” Buelow said. “Our focus moving forward is disciplined execution — supporting our customers, strengthening operations and continuing to invest in our people — while building on the principles that have guided Milbank for decades.”
As president, Buelow will oversee sales, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and data and business intelligence. He has worked closely with Skinner as part of the succession plan to ensure a seamless transition and continued alignment with the company’s long-term strategy.
